Aleksy is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Humanology. Having had diverse experience leading Human Resource functions across a wide-array of industries, Aleksy partners his business acumen with sound people management techniques to drive employee engagement, efficiency, and overall satisfaction within the firms he's served. Aleksy believes that people are at the center of organizational success, and without the right tools and resources, people, and organizations, fail. This is where practical business application and internal partnerships come together to move companies beyond the day-to-day status quo.

Aleksy holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from American University, and earned his BS in Business Administration, concentration in HR Management, from Southern New Hampshire University. Aleksy also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, and Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Aleksy is also a Notary Public for the State of Illinois.
