Aleksy is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Humanology. Having had diverse experience leading Human Resource functions across a wide-array of industries, Aleksy partners his business acumen with sound people management techniques to drive employee engagement, efficiency, and overall satisfaction within the firms he's served. Aleksy believes that people are at the center of organizational success, and without the right tools and resources, people, and organizations, fail. This is where practical business application and internal partnerships come together to move companies beyond the day-to-day status quo.

Aleksy earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with an HR concentration from Southern New Hampshire University. Having a passion for education, Aleksy continued his studies at American University, earning his Masters in Human Resources Analytics and Management. Aleksy is currently completing a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) though the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Alongside M.B.A. courses, Aleksy is preparing to sit for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
